SHIPPING & FAQ
Answers before you order.
Made-to-order, hand-built blades. Here’s what to expect.
- How long does an order take?
- Every blade is hand-made to order. Expect roughly 3–6 weeks from order to shipment. We’ll keep you updated by email.
- Is etching really included?
- Yes. Heirloom etching is included on every order at no extra cost. Add your unit and name in the order notes at checkout and we’ll engrave it on the blade.
- What are the knives made of?
- Hand-ground D2 tool steel, full-tang construction. D2 is a high-carbon, high-chromium steel chosen to hold an edge through hard field use.
- How does payment work?
- Place your order on the site and you’ll get an immediate confirmation by email. We then follow up with secure payment details to finalize your handmade blade.
- Where do you ship, and who can order?
- We currently ship within the United States. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and that it is legal to purchase and own this knife where it will be shipped. Some states and cities restrict certain blades — please check your local laws.
- Do you stand behind your knives?
- Yes — every FIST blade carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something fails, we’ll repair or replace it.
- Who makes FIST Blades?
- FIST Blades is veteran owned and operated — designed and hand-made by a U.S. Army Forward Observer (13F), with direct input from the soldiers who carry them.
